CURRENT PROMOTIONS

Valid on all products in the store, can be different products (a necklace + a ring + a bracelet = one of the three free).
Note: cannot be combined with other promotional codes. If you have one of them, choose the one that benefits you the most.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- When will I receive my order?
The reception and preparation of your order takes about 48 business hours, then product delivery as well as shipping (free) require our team a delay of 6 to 14 business days.
The tracking code is available the day after the order, received by email used during the order.
Please use it to track your package.
We do everything possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing exceptional quality service (product check before packaging, etc...).
Standard shipping is free for orders over 40€.
If the delay seems too long to you, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.
- I do not live in France, do you ship internationally?
We ship our products worldwide, although obviously, it may take longer than to France.
Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.
Destinations outside the EU may be chargeable.
- I would like to return items to you, what is the procedure?
Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here accompanied by your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Return is free in case of proven product defect (broken product, torn, ...).
The so-called "comfort" return (pants bought too small for example, item you do not like) is at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.
*Returns are done outside the European Union and cost about 8€
PAYMENT METHODS
We use the world's most used payment processor: Stripe. It allows you to pay via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club, Bancontact, iDeal, Multibanco, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
