Order Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days following your purchase (Fulfilled Mon - Sat).

Order cut-off time: 2:00 pm GMT (London Time).

 

Modifications and Cancellations

You have 12 hours after placing your order to request a modification, including changes to the delivery address. Please check your information carefully when ordering.

Any order can be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation. After this period, your order will be in processing and can no longer be canceled. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel within this timeframe.

In case of cancellation, a fee of 3% of the total amount (including shipping) will be applied to cover our transaction fees, with a minimum of MUR 100.

 

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Mauritius (Main Island): 11 to 16 business days

Note: These are estimates. While we strive for speed, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance procedures or local postal service scheduling.

Note: Deliveries to Rodrigues or outer islands may require additional transit time (up to 10d more).

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow an additional 5 business days for customs processing before contacting support. If the item is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a full refund or reshipment.
