1. Legal Withdrawal Period
At Artistika, you have 14 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking) to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged,
Accompanied by all original tags and packaging,
Submitted with a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or order errors caused by Artistika.
3. Return Procedure
Before sending any item back, you must first:
Contact our customer service at info@artistika-boutique.com or via our contact form.
Provide your order number and reason for the return (e.g., defect, wrong size, change of mind).
Once your request is approved:
You will receive detailed return instructions and the return address.
You may either use your own shipping provider or request a prepaid label (fees apply).
Note: Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
For a change of mind: A store credit valid for 12 months is issued by default.
Monetary Refunds: If you request a refund to your original payment method, a restocking fee of MUR 230 will be deducted from the total.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the return.
5. Damaged Items or Order Issues
You must notify us within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery if you receive:
A damaged item,
A defective item,
An incorrect order.
Without notification within this period, the order will be considered accepted in good condition.
6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)
Customized or personalized items (special sizes, engravings),
Earrings or piercings (for hygiene reasons),
Gift cards.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, subject to a 3% transaction fee (with a minimum of MUR 135). If our team has already manually processed your order (e.g., sent to the warehouse), cancellation may be refused or subject to additional fees.
8. Liability Limitations
Our responsibility covers conformity and visible defects at the time of delivery. Any damage occurring after 7 days (breakage, misuse, accidental damage) is the customer’s responsibility.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes regarding these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
