• When will I receive my order?

The receipt and preparation of your order takes about 48 business hours, then the delivery of the products as well as the (free) shipping require from our team a delay of 6 to 14 business days.

The tracking code is available the day after the order, received by email at the address used during the order.

Please use it to track your package.

We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing exceptional quality service (product check before packaging, etc...).

Standard delivery is free for orders over €40.

If the delay seems too long to you, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.

• I do not live in France, do you ship internationally?

We ship our products worldwide, although obviously, it may take a little longer than to France.

Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.

Destinations outside the EU may incur charges.

• I would like to return items to you, what is the procedure?

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here accompanied by your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return is free in case of proven product defect (broken product, torn, ...).
The so-called "comfort" return (pants bought too small for example, item you do not like) is at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.
