Order Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our warehouses within 72 hours (1 to 3 days) following your purchase. (Fulfilled Mon - Sat). 

Order cut off: 2:00 pm (GMT, London time)

Modifications and Cancellations

You have 12 hours after your order to request a modification, including the delivery address. Please carefully check your information when ordering.

Any order can be canceled within 1 hour after confirmation. After this period, your order will be in processing and can no longer be canceled. Proceed to cancel by yourself in your customer account.

Delivery Times

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
• Channel Islands: 10 to 15 business days
